Came in after a friend recommended with natty for a haircut. I had very long hair almost to my waist, and I asked just for a trim and for front face layers (even showed a picture). Once she was done, my hair is all chopped up, she gave me”layers” all thought out my hair, the longest piece is up to my mid back and it’s not even on both sides, some pieces on left side are longer then on my right side. Definitely not a professional job, now I have to try to find somewhere to get my hair fixed and the worst part I had been growing my hair out for a wedding I have to attend. Won’t ever be coming back.

Ms. Irma done a wonderful job. Took her time and was very thorough. Staff very friendly!
