Sophia is AMAZING! Definitely the best massage in the greater Lansing area. After 2 ACL surgeries and nearly 2 years of physical therapy following, I finally started incorporating massage into my recovery at the behest of a PT here in Lansing. She has incredible technique and is in constant communication throughout each session to ensure my comfort and happiness before, during, and after.
