Went in (last min) my niece have a dance the following day. Due to me knowing how they play. I ask how much for the nails alone, the man give me a price. I ask now how much to add a design. He gives me the price. We agree. When it was time to do the design he puts a sticker snow flake ❄️ the size of a grain on my niece nail. I say excuse me, this isn't the design I ask for. He says the nails too short to do the design but the nails are the same length. (Pics below) He then goes to say I can't do the snow flake. So I ask why wouldn't you tell me this before you had me agree to the length. He asks is if he doesn't understand what I asked for. Smh. The reason I'm giving them a one-star is because when I'm opening up my hair bundles which is called the kinky twist hair I'm noticing that part of the hair is red and the other part is black which I'm feeling they're robbing the customer and giving them something they don't this is the second time I've bought hair with the same hair combination I am going there tomorrow and discuss it with the owner this is bad business the better Business bureau the internal revenue service attorney general general's office the customer should get what they pay for not what they want to give you I've been shopping here for almost 20 years and I am very disappointed in the product and the way that they are trying to get down on the black community
