Just a horrible experience. If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. Went in with my auntie to grab a few wigs. Money ready and the Korean man in the back by the wig section was so rude and obviously didn’t want our money. He started yelling at my auntie because she tried on 3 wigs. One WHICH she BARELY TRIED ON. She put it on her head and then instantly took it off to opt for another one and he was so FERAL. Even when I was trying on the wigs before I reached my 3rd limit he made me feel super uncomfortable as he was staring down both ME AND MY AUNTIES throats like we were criminals?? Like Sir it’s just hair but I guess his most admirable career is being a wig police. Anyways this man was very distasteful and not worth him ruining your day or putting a dent in your pockets. GO ELSEWH

I recently visited this beauty supply store and was deeply disappointed by the experience. Not only are the prices inflated compared to other retailers, but the staff's behavior was concerning. As a Black customer, I felt unwelcome and closely monitored throughout my visit, which was both uncomfortable and disheartening. It's troubling that a store profiting primarily from Black and Latino communities would treat its customers with such disregard. This kind of behavior perpetuates a cycle of disrespect and exploitation. I urge others to support businesses that value and respect their clientele. Consider shopping at Black-owned beauty supply stores or other retailers that demonstrate genuine appreciation for their customers.

the employees there are pretty bad. super rude, not helpful i ultimately let didn’t buy something because it was mounted to the ceiling and he didn’t want to help me see it ? super weird. won’t be going back.

Pleasant store with clean and organized aisles... I needed hair bleach powder and they had a good selection.. they also have an array of temporary hair color companies and colors. Well priced nail polishes too... I'd come back again! The Asian lady and guy working were very pleasant as well! I used to get my hair bleach powder at Ricky's but I'll probably start supporting this store instead! Update! I've been going here regularly to get my hair bleaching supplies and color for my highlights for the past 5 years 😆
