RACISTTT!!!! I visited this store with my two-year-old daughter and was treated terribly. After trying on only two wigs, the attendant stayed in my space and began putting wigs away before I made a decision. An older male employee yelled at my toddler from across the store after she accidentally dropped a cheap straw hat. I confronted him for yelling at a child, and we went back and forth. What made this worse is that the staff are openly hostile and racist toward Black customers, even though Black customers are clearly the main people who shop here. Completely unacceptable behavior. I will never returns!!!

Staff could barely speak English. They charged for the little stocking cap. They were rude and very unhelpful. I don't think they understood a single question I asked. If you want a cheap looking wig, fine, but if you want something that doesn't look like fried Barbie hair, keep searching.

First time coming here and the store is very big with a wide variety of hair items and makeup. Decent staff, I love the selection of lipglosses & makeup. Also good selection on roll on oils.

Nice people! People pleasing staff! Excellent variety of facial choices! Great skin products for facial and body, with reasonable proces!

My first experience with Young’s was a year ago. It’s huge with a multitude of selections and the customer service I received was excellent. My next two visits I couldn’t get the assistance I needed. Overall, it’s a great resource for product variety.
