Called on Saturday of this past week to by a frontal for my upcoming hair appointment. They wouldn't give the price over the phone so my husband couldn't stop and pick it up on his way home from work. He didn't have any cards with him. I am a repeat customer and the girl knew was. Today I had to drive around for 40 minutes looking for parking, only to go in and find out the blonde is much more expensive than the dark hair. Years ago that used to be the place to go but I am washing my hands of them. This could have all been avoided if there customer service was a little better. They are more worried about people stealing than waiting on the paying customer. Ugh

Large selection of hair and hair supplies, and the owners are very friendly! Gave me a free face mask with my purchase. Just cant give it a 5 star cause I wish there was an actual black worker there to help with the extensions/crochet/weave selection, since the owners are Asian and seemed to not have experience in black hair/hairstyles. Overall it's a good store.
