My 12-year-old daughter and her friend went here for the first time this morning. She got a basic acrylic set with blue spots (they turned out cute), but she was charged $90. She told me the staff kept adding extras like a warm glove massage and other services. She says she declined the extras, but they were done anyway. The receipt also doesn’t provide a breakdown of services, just a single $90 charge. At other salons she goes to, the same type of set is usually around $60 or less. I just wish pricing and add-ons were clearly explained before doing them, especially when young customers are involved. If the owner sees this, I’d appreciate clarification on the charge and an itemized explanation of the services that made the total $90.

I got French tips with chrome. I absolutely hate them. The chrome is barley there, looks boneless, French tips way to thick, asked for kinda short nails but ended up getting long, the shape is very wonky, and got super long ones, and you can literally see my actual nail so vividly. I don’t recommend going here to get acrylics. There are many other places that are cheaper or same price for way better quality

I have left them a 5 star in the past but when I went today it was a terrible experience. I told him the water was a little warm for my pedicure. He did nothing. I just brushed it and thought maybe he didn’t hear or misunderstood me. Then when he put the towels on my legs I told him it was too hot multiple times. He did nothing and when I started to tough it he pulled the top down a little bit. It helped a little bit my legs were already burned. He said nothing about it. My feet feel like sand paper which is a lot worse than how I came in. I paid and was about to leave while the other lady asked if I like to leave a tip. I said no, I’m good. I’m not going to tip someone who burned me.

Not even sure what star ⭐️to give ? I knew when I walked in the place, and I only recognized one worker it might not go well. Then this young boy Henry looked like a dear in the headlights when the guy shouted I wanted a simple French gel manicure. Long story short… It looks like I either did it myself or third grader did it! It’s all new people. Very few originals. I didn’t have the time or the patience to stay and have them fix it. Another girl a few seats down was not happy with hers and her girl peak in on mine! No clue what is happening but it’s not good!

Great location and great atmosphere,everything is set up nicely to have a great experience. I enjoy getting my nails done here because they go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. They do a massage on your hands and neck during each manicure. The neck massage is at the end of getting nails done and it’s a timed three minutes and they use a hot towel too! I also get pedicures and they are very clean with the who process and it turns out great. The only negative is they are always sooooo busy and sometimes it takes forever to get in and get what you want done. I will keep going back because they do a great job!
