If I could put zero stars I would. I came here today for the first time and it will be the last. Very unhappy with my nails. The shaping is off and the paint job is awful. Nice shop though

I’ve been coming to Young Nails in Massapequa for over a year now, and it’s truly a hidden gem on Long Island! Cathy is amazing — she always does my nails perfectly with so much attention to detail. I even bring my family here whenever they visit, and everyone always leaves happy. Their stone massages are incredible too — such a relaxing treat after your nails. 💅✨ Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, care, and a welcoming vibe!

By far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I brought my daughter and 16 friends for manicures and pedicures for her birthday. I booked in advance so they could staff enough personnel. When we arrived there were only 4 people working. Each of them had an attitude bigger than the next. My daughter walked in with nail stickers on (she’s 8yo). The guy working on her asked if she had gel polish. I told him no and explained it was a sticker, he just polished right over it. All the girls nails were done in a rush. They painted the girls hands while they were in the pedicure chair and the girls of course had the pedicures chairs on message and one of the guys made the girl shut it off!!!! I explained this was a mani/pedi party when booking and the staff acted like this was a factory

I went to get my nails and toes done on Mother’s Day. The ladies were rushed and did my manicure while I was getting my pedicure done and I couldn’t relax. Mind you she didn’t buff my nails or do anything to them. She just filed my nails down and put the fake nails on. I asked for my French polish on my toes to be thicker and the lady doing my toes was moving her hands around while complaining to the lady doing my manicure. When I asked what she said, the lady who did my manicure told me it wont look right because it doesn’t have acrylics. If I wanted something done I should be able to have it done. She clearly was complaining the way she was talking moving her hands around. The next day the bottom on my nails were lifting, now all of my nails are lifting from the bottom and today one

I’ve been 3 times and lm excited to have this as my regular spot. They’ve done French tips and pink dip on my nails so far. I broke a nail and had to go in to get the dip redone (my fault). They were quick and so nice! I’ll see them next week for my next manicure and pedicure! FYI photo after a week and a half
