Young Health Spa

I was very sore and needed a massage 💆🏻‍♀️ I decided to try Young Health Spa, and it was amazing! The staff was super nice, and I had a private room for a back and foot massage with relaxing music playing in the background. And the price? Only $45 for an hour!! Such an amazing deal. 10/10 experience!

This spa is relatively new and I’m so glad that I went here as opposed to the viral ones in flushing that was really horrible. The front desk is immediately welcoming, informative, and attentive. The couples spa we got was amazing. They massage you first under a towel and they add the oils. It was soooo relaxing and I’m definitely gonna keep on going there. I’m curious about their other services. Don’t hesitate in going to this spa.

The massages are always great especially for the price point. However the new lady at the front desk is totally unprofessional. She haggles with you to buy more services. There are three giant signs that say “quiet please” and she isn’t respecting that! She was speaking incredibly loudly to her colleagues, dialing calls on speaker nonstop, chewing, and playing her own music from a speaker. Really disappointing given that we’re at a spa! Hope they can correct the behavior.

I have been going to Young Health for more than a year; Gavin is very professional, and he is excellent massaging all the knots and tight spot for me. He is courteous and know all the spots to massage on. After the massage, I feel a lot better and have been going to Young Health to unwind. This place is clean and well kept, and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for people who wants to get a relaxing and enjoyable massage here in Young Health Spa in Astoria.

This used to be my go-to spot, but honestly it’s not the same anymore. They don’t seem to have experienced masseuses now. I had to ask for a different masseuse because instead of actually massaging, the first one was just shaking me. Unfortunately, the second one wasn’t much better—she kept digging her elbow into me. I asked her to go lighter and explained that it was hurting, but she continued anyway. Eventually I just got tired of explaining myself because there was clearly a language barrier. Overall, it was really disappointing.
