You Time: Massage and Wellness

I just had my first massage with Stephanie from You Time: Massage and Wellness. It was wonderful! I am so relaxed and feel amazing. Before the session started she gets to know you ask questions about your body and what you need from the session. She is a very experienced masseuse and it shows in her work. Her studio is very clean and pleasing to the eye. I will definitely be back!

She listened carefully to what I needed and tailored the session perfectly. Her technique was both therapeutic and relaxing — she worked out tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. Stephanie exceeded all my expectations! I have been dealing with a shoulder injury and I could tell from the start that she was very knowledgeable. She is a great communicator and listener and addressed all of my questions/concerns before the massage. My massage was amazing and so relaxing. TL;DR – Awesome massage! My wife gave me a gift certificate for a two-hour massage from You Massage for Christmas. I was very happy to be getting a massage, but I hadn’t heard of You Massage and figured it would be a nice experience but wasn’t about to set my expectations too high. I arrived at my scheduled time and Stephanie met me when I walked in. The space smelled nice with nice “spa music” and felt calming. We sat down and chatted for a few moments while she asked me for my expectations, any trouble areas, and the typical stuff. I told her my shoulders and hamstrings were my problem areas right now and told her that my back is knotty and she wouldn’t be able to get them out but I didn’t expect her to. (Many have tried and failed over the last 30 years!) Then she showed me to the room
