Tried to surprise my wife with making an appointment for a cut and dye. Appoinment was with CINDY and was A COMPLETE WASTE OF OUR TIME! Made the appointment for 1030am saturday specifically for a haircut and dye. Showed up 10 mins earlier to find someone already sitting in the chair with Cindy, just freshly started. She asked if my wife had an appointment and was told yes at 1030 with Cindy for a cut and dye. Lady turned out to be Cindy and immediately said she couldnt and didnt have enough time to DYE because she was booked and that all she can do is a trim and "root touch up". So im wondering, what is the point of making an appointment specifying what you are getting only for the day of to say "No we dont have time." Im sure starting someone else's hair minutes before your 1030am appoi

I have curly 3b/3c hair and it’s hard to find a salon that won’t charge an arm and a leg to cut it. I asked for layers and to keep the length of my hair and that’s exactly what my hair dresser gave me. Alexandra was very kind and understanding of what I wanted.

Cindy took me as a walk-in. Sje was flexible, gave me a grear haircut, and I was in and out in less than half hour

My daughter has special needs and has a lot of sensory issues and Maria is so patient and kind. She also does a great job cutting and styling her hair. I high recommend!

The service is good they get you in and out of there quick but the quality of the service is horrible. They charged me $56 for a wash, blow, and cut but by the time i got outside my hair was poofed up and it looked like my hair was just blow dried. The lady also burnt my hair because i heard it sizzling. I am very disappointed because my original place does it for $35 and it never gets poofy. My hair is also not cut correctly, its slightly crooked.
