A hidden gem in Hilltop Village Center! You Got Nail is such a great find tucked away near Wegmans. After years of trying different nail salons across Northern Virginia, I was so tired of paying high prices for average service. This salon is refreshingly different! The staff are kind, considerate, and genuinely care about their customers. Their manicures and pedicures are high quality, yet reasonably priced—a rare combination in this area. I’ve even brought my young daughter twice, and they treated her so sweetly. We both left feeling pampered and happy. Highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for an honest, relaxing, and family-friendly nail experience! 💅

I sent my girlfriend and her mother money to get a manicure and pedicure at You Got Nail but unfortunately, their experience was disappointing. The staff were rude and seemed rushed throughout the visit, making them feel unwelcome. They thought about leaving multiple times throughout the visit. Just three days later, my fiancée’s nails already looked worn down—far from the quality you’d expect. To top it off, when her mother politely said goodbye on the way out, the employees just stared at her like she just crawled out of a garbage bin. We won’t be returning, but I sincerely hope the customer service and professionalism improve for future clients.

Amazing and super nice salon! They took me as a new walk in for a full set and a pedicure. Ana was amazing and super patient. They use all clean materials and listen to all your wants and requests. It was very reasonably priced, and accept cards to also add tips if needed. I’ll def recommend them and will be coming back!

Incredibly disappointing experience for my grad nails To start, the simple design I asked for (a gold line underneath the french tip) added an extra $15 to the price of gel x nails. The woman was painfully pushing back my nail beds after I told her to it hurt. She did not clean my nails before applying the gel x nails and it can be seen on in the final product. The base she used for my french is a cloudy clear color NOT the natural pink I asked for. The translucency of it allows you to see the air pockets left behind in the poor job she did on applying the nails in the first place. For the gold design she used gold glitter and did not apply it well at all. For my pedicure, the french design was once again done poorly. She applied the pink base on over the white french tip and you can tell

disgusting. rude staff. my kids got gel x done there and it looked horrendous the staff were trying to start arguments with me. imo if you don’t want to be polite why choose the customer service business!?!?!? IF I COULD 0 STARS I WOULD.
