You Barbershop

The most disgusting customer service I have ever gotten. I brought my nephew in and asked for a dark fade and a shape up. We agreed on the price and I went to sit down to wait as his hair was cut. During the hair cut I noticed that he was going super low so I got up and walked over and said three times “ excuse me it’s supposed to be a dark fade” and was ignored like I was a ghost. Then afterwards he asked for for 20$ when I told him this isn’t what I asked for he told me that he asked my nephew if he wanted a light or a dark fade and that “he said light” and I respond but I told you what I wanted and I’m the one paying you. Furthermore, it’s not even a fade you shaved his head down so low you can’t even see the shape up. Basically, now my nephew has floating braids, and he is devastated.

--- My little cousin went to this shop for a haircut, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The barber was unprofessional and seemed uninterested in giving my cousin a good haircut. Despite clearly explaining that he wanted a fade, the barber completely ignored the request and gave my cousin a different style that he is very unhappy with. The shop itself was messy, and the tools didn’t look properly sanitized. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and my cousin felt uncomfortable throughout the visit. Additionally, the customer service was terrible. Never again.

I love this barbershop, my Grandson gets his hair cut there and He looks great..Ask for Abel He’s the best

Horrible barbers who try to charge $30 for a lopsided taper fade. No alcohol or cleaning of the clippers, will try and cut your beard and mustache off without you asking, probably to charge more. do not go here if you are black, and do not get cut by the guy next to “yohnathan”, second closest to the door. he is inexperienced and unclean.

I got the best haircut and beard shape up of my life at this place like 2 days ago. Sent all my homies here too they all got iced up. Mf didn't even speak English, another barber helped him out with what I wanted. 5 stars all day. My friend said he didn't know what he wanted and all the barber said was "I gotchu." My mans walked outta there with the freshest cut n beard I've ever seen on god 🙏🏼
