Customer service is poor, their team doesn't communicate with each other. I talked to an employee at the office about canceling my subscription over a month ago and also wrote on the bill that was sent to my address (last month) that I had already requested it to be canceled. I was charged again for an online subscription. I contacted their office and instead of just moving forward with my request they tried to convince me to keep the subscription. They stated they again canceled the subscription but wouldn't be offering a refund, instead I would have access to their online newspaper for another month. Super frustrating that they couldn't follow through with the simple request the first time. Apparently 3rd time is a charm.

I'm very new to area moved from Alabama to Nebraska after we married in March 2017 I love to read your paper and this town is like a hidden treasure anyone would love to live here. We hope to make this our home.

Make it damn near impossible to view, have to pay, but the pay process doesn’t work, tried three different ways. Ugh frustrating

Very disappointed in the service I receive here. Very disappointed in the entire newspaper.. did not order a subscription. Was charged for one and never refunded after they told me they would refund it........
