Yolo Nails

Quite literally the worst nails I’ve ever had. $160+ dollars for me an my mom to get our nails done, just for us to go home and soak them off.

I came into the salon looking to get my acrylics off. I had never visited before but I decided to give it a chance since it is closer. I just thought it would be a quick and painless removal than doing it myself. I sit down and they don’t give me anything to soak my nails into to soften them. I could tell the man doing my nails was in a hurry as he had another client coming in soon. He then proceeds to grab another acrylic nail and start prying them off with this acrylic nail. He proceeds to cut a corner off of my nail and then shove the acrylic under it to pry it off. I ask him does this damage my nail as I had seen online this is never the correct and safe way to remove acrylics. He responds with no it will not. $50 manicure for two of us. Spent less than 3 minutes unevenly clipping his nails. Worst manicure I’ve ever had. Polish came out uneven and lumpy. Staff was very short and snippy with us both. Highly disappointed

2024 - Update. Very disappointed with my services. Last time I visited, my gel pedicure seemed rushed and my feet were left still rough feeling. I gave the business the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they were just having a bad day. I went back today and a second attempt to get a gel pedicure and my heels were left even more rough than the last time. They only spent 30 minutes maximum on me for a gel pedicure. The gel looks okay but not the greatest. Their attention to detail and customer service has declined. This is sad because this is the closest salon to me and I will have to take my business elsewhere. Photos are included (heels and purple gel). 2023 - 10/10 recommend.
