Worst pedicure I have ever received. First I went in. Told them wanted pedicure. First time there. They never asked what kind. I figured they only had possibly one kind. I was so excited to be pampered. Except I wasn't. Water was lukewarm. No scrubbing on leg. No dead skin or scrubbing on toes. One coat of paint only. 20 minutes after starting the tech said ok wait about 15 min to dry. Then never saw the tech again. Finally was able to pay. Told the person I was super disappointed. Person said oh really. That was it can't and wouldn't recommended to anyone. I have always gotten an hour of time for little more than here. There was no pampering at all. Ok let's see what they will respond since I see they blame the people each time there's a bad review.

I think my technicians name was Amy, she was great. She didn’t get mad at me when I asked her to cut my nails shorter and didn’t get aggressive when I accidentally moved. Amy made conversation with me about college, homecoming, and her daughter. I’ve been biting my nails my entire life and Amy didn’t belittle me for that either-she put a beautiful set on my fingers instead. I love the length and shape so much, this is my go-to salon in Ormond for sure.

Not sure why this place isn't rated higher. We came here to celebrate my daughter receiving a school pride award, it was her first time having nails done and WOW Nick, our beautician, totally exceeded our expectations. Had showed him a picture of what we wanted online and he did it even more beautiful than the picture! Was a great price and an awesome experience, they are beautiful and my daughter absolutely loves them!

I had a fabulous experience tonight with Brian. He did my Paraffin Wax Upgrade Spa Pedicure which left me feeling pampered and relaxed. Plus, he did a great job with the cat’s eye polish! Excellent experience. I have been to many of the local nail salons, but I think I finally found a favorite.

Well worth my hour plus drive from Orlando. Tony is the best. He takes his time, he’s very careful and I know I’m in good hands and never have to worry.
