Yoga Alternative

I tried Yoga this morning for the first time with Erin after years of typical cardio and strength training. It was great! She is very patient and calm, and the overall experience was fantastic and very, well, peaceful and fulfilling. That's strange to say about a tough workout, but true. My wife and I and doing a few private lessons before getting into the classes. I'm so glad this beautiful studio is in downtown Henderson!

I was hesitant to try yoga at first, but my core strength and low back problems have significantly improved with practicing it consistently. Erin makes the classes fun, approachable and challenging for any level; from the beginner with lots of limitations and pain, to the seasoned veteran. I highly recommend for girls and guys!

My recent experience at Yoga Alternative was EVERYTHING! I received a personal massage from a gifted therapist. The space was calming and lighting was perfectly relaxing. Erin diagnosed my muscle type and even gave me suggestions on how to continue to feel my physical best. I was definitely impressed and will continue to visit.

I attended Erin's yoga 101 class and I learned what yoga is actually about. Some of the techniques are helping me in my everyday life from sitting at my desk at work, going on a walk or jog and even my anxiety. I highly recommend attending Erin's yoga 101 class!

Amazing classes. My husband and I have been taking classes here since we both retired. Erin works with each person individually throughout the class. Recommend her classes to everyone, men and women of all ages.
