Upon arrival the storefront was clean but when taken to room there was blonde hair all over the floor. Massage definitely could have been better considering the prices. Workflow was good but technique wise there is room for improvement.

Hate to give a low rating - I rarely do so. Customer service was amazing. Hands down. But I payed for a volume set - not classic. The band of the eyelashes should look much darker and fuller than this. You can see in the photo that there’s no thickness. A little disappointed because I didn’t get what I payed for, but I do appreciate the friendly environment. Forgot to mention that, the tape that was used that was placed on my eyebrows, I felt hairs get pulled out and i can most definitely see where the hair was pulled out. That had never happened to me before. Very frustrating. Update: 3 days later and lashes are falling out pretty quickly. Right side is pretty bare compared to left. I most definitely will not return. I've been coming here for one year for my monthly self care facials. Therapist are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It's a Clean and inviting facility. No issues with scheduling and rescheduling if needed. I'd highly recommend to friends and family you, won't be disappointed. I see Yvonne she is awesome. I signed up for the membership since I knew I'd definitely would be coming back for services
