No frills parlor. If you can look past the broken English and intermittent communication you'll get a thorough and excellent massage. My gf and I simultaneously commented as we walked out the shop that that had been the best massage we've experienced in the US. FYI, If hot towels/rocks are not your thing let them know beforehand, because they come unannounced.

Few things that I didn’t like .. first is that there is no English speaking person it was so difficult to communicate . secondly they have you pay before the service which I felt was weird usually I always pay after . Also they told me to come at 5;30 and I waited for half an hour . They could have just told me to come at 6:00pm. Another thing that important to note about this location is that there is few parking . The parking lot is really small and I had to park across the street at another parking lot.

Horrific, dreadful, Alexander and the no good very bad day. I stumbled upon this establishment after reading the positive reviews on eyelash work. However, it is clear that the skillful eyelash work does not translate to gifted massage hands. I’d rather spend my time consuming spoiled milk than with the rude staff at Ki Yang. They cancelled my appointment without notification and tried to bribe me with ice cream and a lollipop. This place needs to go!
