I feel bad about this rate but since when do businesses hangout phone for speaking English. The woman on the other end of the line didn’t even try to speak to me. She just hang out the phone on my ears for not speaking Spanish. Look, I wish I know Spanish but I don’t and I shouldn’t be treated differently for that either. There are tons of barbershops to choose in the area if you don’t want serve non Spanish speaking people.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.... I told the lady specifically how i wanted my hair... in the middle of her doing my hair SHE WALKED AWAY TO TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE.. THAT WAS JUST PLAIN RUDE.. (Dont you know you should GIve your undevided attention to your CLIENT) , she didnt even do it right.. when she was done with my hair.. i looked at it and asked her what happened and she told me she couldnt fix it until another appointment...

I waited for two hours for someone to cut my hair the lady didn't bother telling me she was leaving and wouldn't be cutting anymore hair even tho I signed in I saw her packing up her things and I asked her if she was not going to cut any more hair she said no I have to go I was like I've been here for two hours you couldn't tell me something when I got here 😡 every time I try to go they don't bother saying that the person I asked for isn't going to cut hair no more it's annoying never going back and don't recommend it. Worst place.
