Yes Brazil Salon

I wish I can give zero stars. I had to think about this review for few weeks but I must do it this time. I went over Yes Brazil Salon to get a Brazilian wax and at that point all went good enough so I decided to go there for my haircut too. Well… worst idea ever! I went there two days before Christmas to refresh my bob haircut which is hard to cut but she literally cut way shorter than I asked for and had to tell her multiple times that some parts were shorter /longer and blamed the fact that I have straight hair. She also started going on a rush when another client came in. At the end I was so pissed and she noticed that and told me to come there if I see some strands out but she will never EVER see me again. I had this haircut so many time throughout my life and not even once something

If I could give no stars!!! I would!!! she is unprofessional. She cut one side longer than the other when I told her she was frustrated cause I brought it up mind you she was in a rush to finish cause her family came over for coffee. She kept on stopping to fix the coffee machine. She said she could fix it an other day just not today cause her fam is over. Prioritize??? I think not. Cut your hair at your own risk.

I am using their services, and they are the best out if so many salons. I will recommend to everyone. Thank you Lucy for great work.

Good place to cut your hair, friendly staff. Lucy is very professional and is always available. Including Sundays is needed it.

The sweetest woman. Will do exactly what you ask with ease and care. Super reasonable prices & calm atmosphere. :)
