I came to Houston Premium Outlets expecting the usual brands — but I ended up discovering a hidden gem called Yepo Cosmetics. And let me just say: WOW. This cute little store has one of the best collections of Korean cosmetic products I’ve seen in the States — from hair serums, shampoos, and conditioners to sheet masks for every imaginable purpose. Moisturizing? Brightening? Pore care? You name it — they have it. And not just generic brands — we’re talking about those niche Korean brands you don’t normally find in U.S. stores, including products from the BLACKPINK collection. I had to pause like… wait, what?? 😳 The store is so clean it almost feels like walking into a mini skincare hospital. Everything is organized, pretty, and calming — like I wanted to ask for a face mist just to chill

Best store for Korean skincare products! Chau, one of the store representatives, was so helpful and sweet. I just mentioned that I was looking for something to reduce acne and scars, and she immediately recommended the perfect products for it! She even answered my questions over text. Such amazing customer service — I’m definitely going back!

Bought something and returned not even an hour later & was charged a 10% restocking fee which wasn’t clearly stated before purchasing. I could understand if it was an online order that was shipped back but this is ridiculous. Better off buying off any Korean online store like yesstyle or stylevana instead

My initial interaction was okay when I first came to purchase the items. Hence the only reason I’m leaving two stars. I noticed that one of the items that I purchased was more expensive than what I could have purchased it for online. I was aware of the 10% restocking fee even if the product was unused/ unopened, so that was not an issue for me. The issue is that it took 25-30 minutes for them to figure out how to issue me a return because they didn’t know how to remove 10% from my return amount. They might as well have let me have a full refund for the inconvenience. They purchase a majority of their items from AMAZON then mark up the price. Just buy it from Amazon ladies + you’ll get your full refund.
