Yeoun's Family Hair Care

We learned about Ms. Yeoun’s hair salon from a business partner, and this is now my family’s go-to for hair! We’ve been looking for a place where the stylist knows how to work with the difficult texture of my family’s hair. We originally went to get my grandma a perm. My grandma’s hair is very weak and hard to work with. Every time she’s asked a hair stylist for a perm, they’ve either butchered it or simply told her they’re unable to work on her hair type. Ms. Yeoun made my grandma feel like she had beautiful hair for the first time in years! After she worked on my grandma, my mom and I were both so impressed by her that we both decided to get our hair cut. She put beautiful layers into my mom’s hair (as seen in the pictures). I called and asked how much for a hair cut. She responded with. Oh you can come, it's the cheapest. I said ok how much. She says. I'm not gonna tell you, I responded with, well you definitely won't get my business then, she literally laughed at my statement and I hung up. That's very arrogant. Not pleased with the professionalism at all and that was a 20 second phone call. Kind of ridiculous. 1 star for lack of tact.

I asked for LAYERS because my hair is thick she told me over the phone it would be 15, told her I didn't wanna take to much off my hair either she took about 4 inches off my hair and uneven.. also had to pay 20 instead of the 15. Could've went to edge up and had a better experience. Do not recommend if you're picky with you're hair..

I don't think yeoun cared about me as a person . It is hard to find hair professionals that really care about you as a person and want to cut your hair as if they were the client themselves. She just half way did a butcher cut. Sorry just being honest .

She cut to much length from my hair, and she left parts of my bangs to long. They had to be fixed. Also had to ask multiple times for the correct hair style. Overall I wasn’t satisfied and didn’t receive the cut I was looking for.
