Their portal allowed me to make a hair appointment at 8:30am, even though the salon opens at 9am. As a first time customer, how was I supposed to know this? I am writing this review in real time as I’m waiting (for more than 30 min) and nobody has even approached me to ask why I’m sitting here waiting. Make it make sense!!!!

Wow! This is an amazing salon, we were looking for a place to get our hair, nails and makeup done for a gala and they offer all the services in the same place. The results were amazing and the service 10/10. This would be my place to get all my beauty needs if I lived in Miami.

Unfortunately I didn’t receive a service here.. I made an appointment weeks ago in anticipation for my birthday in a few days! I took the day off of work and everything. I show up for my appointment and no one is at the location. I called the number twice when someone final answers to let me know that they don’t use that booking software so no one will be doing my service. It says it was confirmed on the app so I’m a little confused how it could be confirmed and also no one saw it. Regardless, the person on the phone was apologetic but I am still really disappointed and will not be trusting this place with my business!
