As a loyal client for months, faithfully seeing her every three weeks, it's disheartening to encounter such inconsistencies in the service. The lashes themselves are fantastic, and the prices are fair, no complaints there. However, her constant lateness, last-minute cancellations, and occasional no-shows are frustrating. There's a lack of accountability when confronted about these issues, which is disappointing. While the lashes are beautiful and last exceptionally long, the unreliable service showed me it was not worth the hassle.

The best place in mass to treat yourself, she it’s very professional in the beauty area( eyebrows, eyelashes. Etc). Highly recommended if you want an outstanding and professional service
