Any time an issue comes up, it’s addressed quickly and professionally, which makes a big difference when you’re running a business. The fact that the building manager is on-site during business hours adds a level of accessibility and responsiveness you don’t always find in commercial properties (Heather is really helpful). The space is also very reasonably priced for the quality and convenience it offers, and they consistently go the extra mile with customer appreciation efforts that make tenants feel valued, not just invoiced. At the time of this review I have been in the building about 3 years and have no complaints. The place is always relatively clean and well maintained, when clients come they are treated professionally and politely at reception and the staff / management are very responsive. Many of my clients come in from out of state so the proximity to the airport and hotels is very convenient. Highly recommend any of the Yeager properties if you are in the market for an office.

I just moved in last weekand I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience has been. As a former property manager I know what a thankless job it can be. Heather doesn't show that, she is always available with a big smile and kind word, ready to help with anything, I am so excited to be here.
