I came in VERY nervous because my normal eyebrow place was closed and I needed them done for my wedding. I came in and was nervous and the woman reassured me and did EXACTLY what I asked for. She was very patient and left my eyebrows thick as I asked. Showing me in the mirror before going further as she understood my concern. Honestly found my new eyebrow place!! You won’t regret it coming here. They also do nice facials :)

I called ahead to ask about a full-body wax and was told it would be $120, including a Brazilian. I confirmed that on the phone because I wanted to know the full price before booking to compare salon prices. When I arrived, I explained that I’ve had laser treatments and barely have any hair left — for example, just a few strands on my underarms. Despite that, she treated it like a full session and still charged me the full price, even though there was very little to remove. The experience itself was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. She asked me to undress right in front of her while she just stood and watched, offering no robe or towel for privacy or comfort.
