I called to inform the store that my candle dropped and broke and the manager was super nasty and careless about it… to avoid disrespect I wouldn’t go here if I were you. Their own manager! If your miserable quit your job

The Greenville SC store is amazing. A selection that's continually seasonally updated with a personable, helpful and informed staff. What else can you ask for? Had a great experience, will continue to shop there.

I got a coupon in the mail for a candle for free at this store. I got a lovely blue one for my bathroom. I'm completely thrilled with the scent and the quality of the candle. Thank you Elda for being so kind to help me with my selection. I'll be back for my Christmas candles.🕯️🕎

Beverly is hands down the BEST! She’s always so helpful, and honestly every person who works at this location goes above and beyond to give you the best experience. I absolutely love the store and they have the best selection. The staff is super helpful but do not make you feel pressured, which takes true talent in such a small space. The store is always well stocked and the displays are meticulously well kept. I shop here regularly and will continue to do so because of the wonderful staff and the amazing, high quality selection! If corporate reads this, please know that the people working at this location represent your company exceptionally well! Both the store associate, Brian, and the store manager, Beverly, were extremely helpful, professional, friendly, warm, and welcoming! I absolutely love this store and its outstanding selection. Honestly, great customer service is such a lost art, and it was so refreshing to see it at this store! I came in thinking of purchasing one thing and left with something completely different that I love so much more.
