Yan Massage Works

I left in more pain than what I arrived in. I wasn’t familiar with acupressure massage which is what their specialty is. I went there for a knot in the left side of my neck and left with all of my neck and upper back hurting (and bruised). Two days later and I’ve not been able to sleep well and I’m pretty sure my neck is sprained. I never spoke up because I thought I was being a baby and have never had an acupressure massage before so this was a new experience but I’m regretting that now and planning to go to the doctors on Monday if the pain doesn’t resolve. The guy was nice and had great hospitality which is why I’m giving them 3 stars and coupled with the fact that I never spoke up, he’s not a mind reader but I can’t see myself going back.

This place is absolutely remarkable. The staff is very friendly but very down to business to make you feel fantastic. I never realized how important back and neck health was until after my treatment. I strongly recommend!

I'm so grateful for this place. I always leave so relaxed and happy. The practitioners here do a fantastic job. You typically don't need to schedule, just walk in, which is super convenient. Highly recommend!

Stay away! Especially if you are a woman. I went there a few months back for a massage. During the short massage, I happened to look up and see a man standing over me, recording me. When I asked what he was doing- he quickly put his phone away and tried to ignore me. Then I looked over and saw another man, outside of the shop, also recording me on his phone. When I asked them what they were doing, the man giving me a massage began yelling at me not to worry and that they were not filming. When I tried to get up HE WOULD NOT LET ME! I was in shock and sat there for another five minutes- until I noticed I was ONCE AGAIN BEING RECORDED! When I asked again, more assertively, he put his phone in his pocket and tried to walk off. The man giving me a massage, once again, tried to FORCIBLY HOLD M
