I go into the shop every 6 months because I keep my natural hair braided and I wear a hijab. However, It's always a pleasure visiting, seeing, and getting my hair washed and ends cut (whatever is needed). Yamel(Mom) has kept my hair healthy for 18 years I have been in this community.❤️

1. They lack hospitality in that they are nice but nobody ask for your name or introduces themselves. 2. Girl who washes hair lacks technique. If a client tells you they have dry scalp or dandruff that should inform your washing technique. The water temp should be warm AND please scrub all parts of the scalp. I should not have to tell you behind both ears and the back and also the front right. 3. Deep conditioning, I dont know if 7 dollars is a lot for one. To me it was but it was okay. Only problem is that the heat part was to short. I should have ask to stay longer. I came out of the machine was was nice with aromatherapy with my hair still the same temp. 4. Lady that finished my blow drying was unprofessional by my standards. She took big sections when blowdrying, like she was in a hurr

The staff are amazing at what they do. I totally recommend them to your hair. Your hair comes out beautiful
