My mother put me on to Yadain after dealing with a bad heel spur. She started using their pain cream and no longer needs a cane, nor does she have an obvious limp anymore—so I was already impressed. I’ve done all of my ordering online until recently, but once I walked into the store, I was immediately hooked. I love natural products, and the store’s display and ambiance are absolutely beautiful. There were so many items I wanted to try! Hands down, this is my favorite natural supply store in Philly. I’ll definitely be visiting and patronizing every time I’m in town. I have been using Yadain products for a few years...butters, soap and oils. And when I place an order I always get at least 20 products or more. To some that may be nothing to me it's a lot because in this economy and any other economy I like to spend my money smart. Obviously I love the products because I always come back for more. Now my husband is in love with the butters as well. I introduced my sister to the product who is stationed in Hawaii. My nephew has eczema and this has been greatly helping his skin. Not too long ago my sister placed an order but there was a major delay with shipping because clearly the company does not ship to Hawaii... So, because of the prohibitive reviews of shipping experiences and their proximity to me, I opted to go into the store on Chelten Ave instead of ordering online (I thought about it because of the AMAZINGLY DEEP discounts on there), and I could not be more pleased! I visited Yadain a few years ago with a friend and we loved it! The prices were fair, the service was welcoming and friendly and I’ve been looking forward to visiting again since then. I finally made the trip, happily ready to stock up, and the experience this time was sooo off putting. No one greeted us upon entering the store, people are busy so that’s fine.
