This place has gone completely downhill since the ownership changed. I called one day specifically asking if Patty was still working there she’s an amazing barber, so I wanted to make sure before making the trip. They told me yes, she was there. I showed up, asked for Patty, and all the guys just looked at me like I was crazy. Then they suddenly changed their answer and said, “Oh, we thought you said Estrella.” They knew exactly who I was asking for and still lied just to get me in the door. That’s dishonest and incredibly unprofessional. It felt like they were hoping I’d just stay and let someone else cut my hair after wasting my time.
