Xude Yoga

My Xude yoga sessions have given me a new appreciation for yoga. Xā has a healing and peaceful energy throughout the sessions that make you feel safe to practice outside of your comfort zone. I’m looking forward to my growth as I continue to flow with them. The virtual and in-person sessions are as equally fulfilling!

Xa had this tracending mother spirit which was the perfect level of healing, joyful, free energy I needed. All through the practice they were reassuring, gentle yet soothing and really gave me the soul massage I needed. I am ever grateful for the work they're putting in.
