This was years ago but still had to upload because just went back in and they still are awesome! I mean LOOK AT THAT COLOR 😍 I walked in last minute and asked for rainbow highlights and boy did they deliver, someday I'd love to go back and do it again

I was able to get in very quickly with Paige! She was able to do an almost spot on color match of what I wanted through a picture of what a previous stylist had done! I was a little nervous going in as the kind of red that I wanted, I've only been able to get from one particular stylist. However, Paige did NOT disappoint 👏 I've gotten tons of compliments already and just had it done yesterday! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and absolutely delivered! I will absolutely be going back to see her going forward! Had good conversation and she also continued to make sure i was comfortable throughout the entire process as im 8 months pregnant!! I went today for the first time and it will be my last. The lady was rough washing my hair, kept hitting my head with the water nozzle. Got into the chair, and a few snips later, she is trying to tell me my left side is 1.5 inches shorter than my right side in the back. Ummm no, myself, husband, friends, family, I see everyday would notice something that drastic. I wanted a trim with my layers trimmed up as well. She didn't even trim all my layers! She would randomly cut pieces here and there. I am no hair stylist, but even I know that's wrong. Finally, after a few other weird things, the biggest red flag is when she didn't even offer for me too but a tip on her card reader. Just scanned it. I had a GREAT experience here. The whole place is friendly and lively. Mechelle did my hair perfectly. I gave her some ideas and she put them together harmoniously. I LOVE it.
