I usually love Xtrene tan. Tonight’s experience was awful whoever was working the front desk was rude and not accommodating what so ever. As a paying member too.

I haven’t gotten a spray tan in years and returned here after 5 years hoping to get a great spray tan before my birthday pool party. The girl at the desk was short with me and dismissed my questions. Just didn’t care to help honestly. Then I came home and the bottoms of my feet are BROWN. Dark brown spray tan solution. She clearly didn't wipe down the base of the spa and honestly if she would’ve warned me beforehand I would’ve done it myself. So now I’ll have dark brown soles for my 25th pool party. Not a huge deal, just a bit of a bummer!

The package I purchased was for the highest level bed for $140 for 10 visits. Bed 4 has been out of commission for a while, the several bed 3’s (the lower level beds) either their shoulder bulbs or face bulbs are usually out or malfunctioning. If I am paying for a higher level bed then I would expect the establishment to offer compensation for not meeting the standards of the package I purchased. The quality of this establishment has gone down hill in my personal opinion. The front staff are either chatting with their friends or it smells like weed. If you let the front desk know about the bulbs, they clean the bed and let the next customer right on in without letting them know that either the face bulb is out or the shoulder bulbs do not work. Run from this place! See how rude the own

Very unclear about where you can use services you have paid for (they have more than one location). I bought airbrush 5 tans at once at the Watson Woods location and was told o could redeem at both locations but when I went to redeem at the other location, was told this was not the case. Would not have purchased if I knew this.
