I booked and paid a deposit online for my daughter’s highlight appointment several days in advance. She wanted basic chunky bleach highlights, not anything particularly challenging or complex. On the day of the appointment, the salon called to say the stylist would not have time to perform the service I had correctly booked because she had scheduled other clients at the same time. I was told I would need to reschedule for an earlier time on a different day. When I asked why their system allows clients to book services that cannot actually be accommodated, no one had an answer. The deposit was refunded. I rebooked exactly as instructed, paid a second deposit, and adjusted our schedule to arrive 45 minutes earlier on a different day. Then they called again. This time, I was told the same

First time here. Pretty easy to find (it’s a few hundred yards from Aldi) in Crofton and no issues with parking. My hair stylist was Ashley. She was very nice and really took her time in describing my options. Very knowledgeable. Got my hair washed, cut and layered, and blow dried. Total cost was $82 (not including tip). The salon was very clean and the entire staff were very professional. If you like Kerastase, they were stocked with many options and reasonably priced. As a heads up, you cannot add your tip to the cost of the haircut, if using a credit card. You will need to either have cash or Venmo. Overall, nice experience and I will use them again.

I’ve been going to Libby at Xtreme Hair in Crofton for almost 10 years—and there’s a reason why! She always does a fabulous job on my cut, color, and highlights. Libby is kind, professional, and really listens to what I want while offering great suggestions. I always leave feeling confident and happy with my hair. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing stylist!

Tara at Xtreme Hair is incredible!! She’s been my go-to for years now. She’s a fantastic colorist and all around stylist. The salon is bright and clean and everyone there is friendly. They have a great selection of products that they often run sales on, and during the holidays they take donations for a local senior dog sanctuary ❤️ Love this place!!

I had a fantastic experience with Mia S. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made the whole appointment so comfortable and enjoyable. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions without being pushy. The balayage result was exactly what I hoped for. Mia is very competent and professional. Highly recommend!
