I had the best experience with Cece for my Brazilian wax! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed. She’s extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. Cece walked me through the process, made sure I felt at ease, and her technique was amazing quick, clean, and way less painful than I expected. Her attention to detail and care for her clients really shows. The space was clean, relaxing, and she kept great conversation the whole time which helped calm my nerves. I have been going to Yeni since the business began in their home. Then continued going with her and Ruby when they moved to their first location. And now, I continued in their newest location along with my partner who now goes to Tony. They are professional, clean, and educated. They make you feel comfortable as a first timer and build a rapport with you as a regular. Waxing with them for years resulted in the smoothest skin, little to no ingrowns, and ultimately SLOW hair regrowth that I don't go as often as I did when first waxing. I went on December I just had not had the time to post my review. My friend and I had services with Yeni, she did a great job. That’s not my issue. My issue was at the time I left. There was a misunderstanding with the booking after. when I called to inquire Tony, I believe his name is, took care of my call. He was extremely rude, extremely condescending. I texted him asking to please have Yeni contact me but I never hear back from them, As much as I like Yeni, her service and work ethic, I can not go knowing I will be looked down on when I’m trying to go in to pamper myself. I wish her the best
