I am saddened to say this was the worst nail experience I had. I had Paulina as a nail tech and just wanted a clean manicure because by the time the tech finished taking my nails off my nails were EXTREMELY thin and painful . She was not paying attention and was looking at what was going on at every other tech. I had high expectations due to the reviews but am sad and dealing with the after effects of not being able touch things as I please because of the brittleness of my nails. Yes, I tipped because service is service and she still took time out of hers to accommodate me. But my nails are not clean kept and she filed them too low til I was in pain and not my nails flip back with the slightest touch of something.

I’ve been coming to Xpresiones since 2021 and I am extremely disappointed in the overcharge of $82 which now my card says $84…I didn’t ask for my nail to be cut down, it was broken but she proceeded to change a few nails to a completely different shape, I got 1 extension, chrome (very sloppy job when you shine a light on them), and a pedicure. $84 though? This is my go to spot…my only spot unless I need a quick fix, but the prices are over the top! And I am convinced every single time I get my nails done, the prices are not the same. I love this place, I understand the economy right now is terrible but it doesn’t cost $84 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure.

Honestly really sad to write this review, have been going here every 2 weeks since 2023. Have even recommend to friends. Went last week to get a hard gel fill in and woke up on Saturday to a fungus growing. I went to the salon to get the nails removed and was told “it’s usually $20 but because we think it’s our fault you would pay $10” Considering I have been a loyal customer for 2 years, have never had a fungus in my life, and was blatantly told it was their fault, I’m not sure why I would be required to pay anything? No suggestions for healing were provided, was just told to let it grow out. Resulting in additional payments for anti fungal treatment. I returned my fully filled out customer card with the intentions of never coming back.

Title: Burned me so bad with wax and way too expensive! 2026 Update: Nayeli has returned but she is only there on Sundays and Mondays. She is the only person that I would let touch my nails there. She is nice, but I’m NOT going back there. Better Place: I found a place does nails just as good down the street, way more affordable, takes and keeps appointment times named Nick Nails West Orange on Booksy (I use Blanca). 9/10 The 2025 post 😢 This will be my last visit EVER, and I'm furious. Look at how she left my nails – the cuticle area looks horrible, especially now that I'm in South Africa I can’t even fix it. They even burned me with the eyebrow wax. Here's what happened: I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment for a gel fill and pedicure, but the staff was still cleaning when I arrived first.
