Love the XO Salon so much! I have been going to Lori Rillo for almost 20 years and I would follow her until the end of the earth! For three years, I lived in the Beverly Hills area (the beauty capitol of the US) and I still flew home every three months, so Lori could do my color and cut! Lori is like an alchemist as she mixes just the right products together and anticipates how your personal base color will work with her color options. She’s a true professional! XO has a lovely space that’s squeaky clean, bright and cheerful. Highly recommend!

Anabela listened closely and carefully, trusted that I knew my own hair well, and created exactly the cut and color I wanted. On top of that, she's perfectly lovely—kind, friendly, and easy-going. Highly recommend!

I went to this Salon today. Anna made a poor color choice. She gave me a bad demi permant color. I told her I wasn't satisfied. She denied it was bad. She is self assured and always right. She did nothing to try to lighten it up. She criticized my hair the whole time. Then she was like "what do you want me to do about it" in a very uncaring way. This was the worst demi permant color I've ever had!! All Anna knows is dark black hair dye. I hope she is happy running her Salon poorly. I paid the bill and stupidly tipped her. She doesn't care. Lori (the salon owner) has been keeping my hair looking beautiful for years. I constantly get compliments and people can’t believe that my hair is highlighted (looks so natural and blended perfectly). The team at XO Salon are family and treat you the same when you walk through the door to the end of your service. Everyone at the salon has decades of experience in the industry and you can tell they are always up to date on the latest hair info. I wouldn’t trust anyone else doing my hair. Truly cannot stop recommending this place to anyone!
