XO Nails Spa West Orange

I came for my wedding mani pedi with my bridesmaids. Outstanding service!! Amazing work!! They were so flexible to add on services even when they werent mentioned when we booked!! Titi is so skilled and knowledgeable!! Amy, Linda, and Michael were all so attentive and took their time to make the experience memorable!! I cannot recommend them enough!!

I had a terrible experience at XO Nails. The service was completely unprofessional – they kept switching me between different chairs and different people working on me, which felt very rushed and disorganized. The polish they used was already discolored, turning brown, and they let me leave with lint stuck on my nails. On top of that, there were bubbles from the UV light and polish all over my fingers. The overall job was sloppy, careless, and not worth the money at all. I definitely would not recommend this place.

We had such an amazing time at XO Nails and Spas today. No only is th3 staff incredibly talented but also very kind and so professional! They went out of their way to assist me with my needs and prepare me for a wedding I'm going to tomorrow. I cannot recommend TiTi, Amy, Linda, and Michael enough. Thank you for everything!

This is my go to nail salon. I love that’s it’s a family business. Walk-in and by appointments available. The technicians are very friendly and it’s easy to ask to make adjustments if necessary. I haven’t had any issues and have been going for a little over a year. This place is my little gem.

The staff is very welcoming and kind. They did a fantastic job doing my nails and I will definitely be back!
