I made an appointment for 2:15 and got there a little early! I was trying to find a new nail salon near me and found this one and selected any nail tech! Online it says $40 for a full set but I paid $65 for the ones on the right. I showed the picture and they said they could do it, and I kept pointing, asking, and making sure they knew it was cat eye style on acrylic nails I’ve been seeing everywhere! I noticed they didn’t do any cuticle care prior to adhering the nail tips! No cuticle cutting or anything! The lady was really friendly and made small conversation! I don’t really have the best record for speaking up if my nails come out incorrectly so I paid the price and went about my day but now I know not to come here! I could do the nails myself for cheaper if I had wanted them basic and

The staff was extremely friendly and polite but their skill level is severely lacking I was overwhelmingly disappointed with my nail set polish was left around my nails none of the nails were straight one of the nails popped off an hour after she had applied it!…. The clear nails I wanted I have to have them taken off and replaced because they’re encapsulated she apparently didn’t wanna do that and just filed them down and then try to reapply clear which ultimately leaves a cloudy after very very much disappointed in the shop I actually had to end up going to a different nail shop the same day to correct all of the terrible things that happened to me from the shop! I SUGGEST YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE I SHOULD’VE READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING MOST OF WHICH AREN’T THAT GREAT SADLY

Painful and disturbing experience. Worst nail salon I have ever been to, hands down. Don’t waste your money at this awful place. They ripped off my old acrylic nails by hand instead of using tools. My pedicure was ruined before I even stepped out the door. My nails are crooked and all of them are misshapen and pointing different directions. THEY ARE NOT EVEN STRAIGHT. The pricing is completely different than what it shows online. I asked for a basic French tip manicure and it looks ridiculous. I was angry and disappointed before even leaving. My nails look ridiculous. Each one is a different shape. NEVER COMING BACK.

I have never wrote a bad review I feel bad even doing it but honestly this was the worst dip manicure I have ever had. I am sure they are all talented but they had a big party coming in so first I sat and waited for an hour then my nails were done in 15 min. I actually feel like crying they are so bad. Thick, lumpy, stuck to my skin, bleeding, I’m honestly in shock and sad. Just sad. Was so excited to have my nails done for an event I am going to and now I have to deal with this. What a shame.

thought I was making a good decision by going here because my mom used to go here a while back but I was wrong I wanted builder gel with a little bit of a tip just to start my natural nail journey again but keep getting told acrylic was better. after making the decision I didn't want acrylic and still insisted in builder gel she seems to of got upset. she didn't offer me Colors which I've heard it comes in neutral colors but I figured I could get a polish or something she filed my natural nail so hard when I cured them it literally burned.... but I still didn't say anything. the gel was so thick it was dripping and sticky. she only cured it for a few minutes and told me it was good enough I had so much anxiety I picked a color I didn't even like I asked for French but she wanted to charge
