First time at XO and Jackie did an amazing job. Very professional and gave me recommendations based on my nail shape and level of activity. He was able to make my vision come to life (as I am very picky)

Paid $70 for this pedicure. I could have done a better job at home. My skin is peeling because it was not scrubbed well and the dead skin wasn’t removed properly. She just barely used the callus removal. Gel polish is already peeling too. Very disappointed.

Overall , I'm very happy with the way my nails turned out. They look great! Very nice people. I do feel that my manicure could have involved a little bit more of a massage. The pedicure was fantastic!! The total price I paid was a $107.00 + tip, I got gel manicure on fingers with french paint no acrylics and French on my toes.

Great service every time! The salon is always clean, great sanitary measures in place. The nail techs are all so friendly! Great experience overall! Great colors for every season!
