Last Friday, I went in with long straight hair and requested a wash and cut. After washing my hair, they asked what I would like and I asked for long layers with long face framing pieces. They seemed confident and started cutting my hair. Then they took a blow dryer and brush straight to my hair multiple times without applying any heat protectant. You can smell the burnt hair. My ends were fried. It wasn’t until she unclipped my front hairs that I noticed how uneven and choppy they were. The hair went from short to long to short and it was honestly upsetting. I love this place. I try to visit monthly. Everyone there is Professional and friendly. The hair stylist that does my hair is awesome. She is so nice and she knows what she is doing. I've seen her do all types of hair men and women. I definitely recommend this hair salon.
