Kai, the Owner is Phenomenal and Amazing 🤩!! 💕🥰🤩😊🥰💕🤗🤩💕🥰🤩💕🥰 I had the most amazing experience at Xinh Nail Bar! The service was truly top tier from start to finish. I came in for a pedicure and was treated to a full spa-like experience — fresh orange peels, flowers, hot stones, wax, and warm towels that left my feet feeling brand new. To top it off, they added a soothing lavender heated neck massage and Mimosa 🥂 that made me feel so relaxed and pampered. I choose the Collagen Crystal Rock Pedicure!! The atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming, and Kai went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already planning my next visit. I have been wanting this type of service here in Augusta and Kai is definitely giving it!! High

Kai always does such a great job and is super gentle on the hands. He’s been my go-to in Augusta. He also does my nails in regs when I need them to be. Overall great place and you won’t get overcharged like the other places.

Moved to Augusta 2 years ago and finally found my nail place. The work was great & so was price. Complimentary drinks, very relaxing. The man was very sweet and made sure I got what I wanted.

I asked questions about the services that he provides at this shop. He seemed very annoyed and short tempered. He complained I asked too many questions. I showed him a picture of the color and style I wanted on my nails. He informed me not to show him pictures of what I want, to just select one of the colors on the color sample he had. Most of the questions I asked he would follow up with a lot of short rude, smart comments. When I asked the cost of a service, he performed the service without providing the cost beforehand. The cost of services has a price with a plus sign meaning there could be additional charges added so there is not really a lot of set prices. Very combative. The hygiene at this establishment is poor. I believe he is overworked and understaffed. Quality is low.

Kai, the owner, is phenomenal!!! He is professional, quick, detail-oriented, personable...I can go on and on and on...lol. His shop is very bright, clean, and welcoming. I had a great experience at Xinh Nail Bar and will definitely return. Check him out.. you will not be disappointed!!
