Xhale Massage & Relaxation

I have been attending yoga classes at Xhale for over three years and cannot recommend the studio more highly. The studio space is beautiful and everyone is incredibly welcoming to people of all skill levels. The classes are always unique with new poses frequently incorporated. In every instance the staff me comfortable and feel welcomed.

The class come as you are: A practice in presence was even better than I hoped for! I feel peaceful, grounded and energized and strong. Don’t miss out on this one! Cody carries a beautiful peaceful energy.

"I’ve become a regular at Xhale, and it has truly become my favorite cozy place for yoga. The studio vibe is incredibly calm and relaxing, and they provide everything you need—from mats and bolsters to blocks and blankets. I especially love 'The Healing Hour: Gentle Yoga' class on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings. A huge shout-out to the instructor, Georgia Johnson! She is so warm and welcoming, making sure everyone is comfortable and has their props ready. The highlight is the gentle Reiki healing she incorporates into the session; it’s a total game-changer for relaxation. I highly recommend this space and Georgia’s class to everyone!"

I had a prenatal massage at Xhale and I did not like my experience. I arrived about 20 minutes early for my appointment, as I am used to changing into a robe and having someone offer me a glass of water or tea and relaxing before a massage. When I arrived, there was no one to be found in the lobby. I wandered around a little to see if I could find someone to check me in. I discovered there was a yoga class going on in the next room in the middle of savasana and I received a stern look from the teacher when I walked by and had the door closed on me, so I sat in the lobby and waited. By the time my appointment time rolled around, the masseuse Svetlana appeared at the top of the stairs and asked my name and if I was ready for my massage. She seemed a little impatient, so I told her I had been
