Nifiesa is a skilled stylist, but extremely unreliable. I experienced multiple last-minute cancellations — each time with the same explanation — and no attempt was made to help reschedule promptly or refer another stylist. Thankfully, I’ve kept every text message with her canceling. Canceling at the last minute shows a lack of professionalism and disregard for clients’ time, especially when appointments are booked in advance. If you decide to book with her, do so knowing there is a real risk your appointment may be canceled with little or no notice.

Nefiesa is a great stylist. She takes her time and is all about healthy hair. My 12 year old daughter has had her hair styled by Nefiesa twice and I've been more than pleased both times. Beautiful atmosphere, great location and awesome service! Will definitely be in rotation!

My experience with X Hale Hair Studio was awesome. Nefiesa is a master hair stylist who is professional, kind, and takes pride in her work. The salon is attractive, safe, and clean. This was my 1st visit but I will be a happy client there for now on.

De is amazing and I have never seen any other stylists make your hair exactly how you describe you want it and consistent every time. The place is clean and comfortable unlike most salons. You get 1 on 1 experience without feeling like you are just a number.
