One of the best experiences I’ve had at a nail salon! Usually I do my own nails but when I need to see a professional, I only go to Kala at Xenas beauty bar. If you’re looking for a small, black-woman owned and operated beauty salon to support and receive services from look no further! They also pour back into their community through public speaking engagements, philanthropy opportunities, and neighborhood giveaways. Support people that support you!!!

My first experience here was so pleasant! I got knotless, s/medium sized braids (butt length) by Kiara. Her work was flawless and she got them done in less time then estimated. I’ve received so many compliments on how clean my parts look and haven’t had to touch up the front yet with gel. The vibes of the shop were all positive and professional. Great playlist and ambiance during the appointment. I’m thinking of returning for nails since I saw great nail work be done during my appointment! I’ll be back for sure!

This is the only place a go to get my acrylics. She is a master. When she’s done, my nails always look amazing! She takes her time to get them done, they’re shaped correctly and last for at least 6-8wks. And that’s saying something cuz I’m always bumping them on things. Definitely get more than your money’s worth.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The professionalism is non existent. Hygiene is terrible. Attitudes are even worse.
