Xanadu Massage

Worst experience ever! I went in and she took the money, asked me to wait and never came back for more than 25 mins. Had to ask for refund! Did not even say anything about the wait! Had a very bad experience, not going there again. They have multiple customers at the same time and they just randomly make customers wait as they cater to other customers. If you call them, they always say to come right away even if they are busy.

Drea is a master at what she does! My face felt so hydrated after one visit. If you’re looking to relax you can’t go wrong with Xanadu, she puts so much care into what she does! The space is so cute and helps you feel welcomed and relax to enjoy your treatment. Can’t wait to go back!

Was curious about this spot for some time. I was so glad that I was able to come in as a walk-in. The vibe is very clean and calm. The rooms resemble a high end spa. The therapist was very friendly, firm, and had some different techniques. Some of which that were very painful but I trusted the process. Unfortunately, there was some major construction that began early on during my massage. It was impossible to relax. There was no mention of this when she took me in, nor was there an attempt to apologize or offer a discount. I will eventually give them another shot because had it not been for that I could have actually enjoyed it.

I went in for a massage. It’s a new place, very clean and professional. The lovely petite masseuse used hot stones and gave a very relaxing massage. Prices were very reasonable, and I gave her a good tip, she didn’t ask for a tip though.

Good massage. Not impressed with the pressure for a bigger tip. She kept saying I should tip her $20 for a $60 massage and trying to make me feel bad for giving a smaller tip. If you want to be paid more for a massage then charge more.
