Nichole did my hair yesterday. I went from brown to calico hair. She talked to me the whole time to make sure it would match what I wanted. Nichole when asked took put of her time to pick out shampoo for my hair. If you want the hair you want and a good conversation, I 100% recommend Nichole. I will be coming back

I am absolutely impressed with this salon and the customer service that they offer. I have never been to a professional salon and I was terrified that I was not going to be able to accomplish everything that I wanted to in one sitting. I had made a phone call last Tuesday to get quotes on color, a Brazilian blow out, and extension and if it was possible to do all three of these in the same day. The owner who answered the phone was very patient with all of my questions, even asked me questions to find the best match for a stylist who could do all of the services I was looking for. She paired me with Pam who has been doing hair for 20+ years and scheduled me a consultation appointment the next day. I just had my hair highlighted/toned and cut. I walked in nervous but wanting to try somewhere new. My previous stylist from elsewhere had done my hair for 10 years. She did good for a long time but she started to do awful work the past few times I went. I thought maybe my hair changed and that I couldn’t highlight it any longer. I Was considering just going natural. But I truly love having highlights when theyre done well. So I wanted to try one last place before giving up on having highlights. I am so happy I went! It’s the best my hair has ever looked! She did perfect highlights, even over the mess and very bad highlights I walked in with. She made my hair look perfect. To top it off she gave me my favorite haircut I’ve ever had! I am beyond happy with the results and the service

I am not the type to write reviews, but I don't want anyone else to have the experience that I had. My friend and I are in college and were looking for an affordable option to do our hair, and would not suggest coming back. My stylist Toni was kind, but did not execute my requests. Personally, I asked for a dark blonde and provided a photo, and left with purple hair. I know toner has a tendency to do that, but refer to the photos for the results. It took two additional fixing treatments to get to my now, cowboy copper. Considering my stylist had at least ten years of experience, it was a very dissappointing result. The salon did their best to fix it for free and provided me with a free conditioning treatment for all my hair went through, but it was overall a very stressful and unnecessary

Drove 3 hours to tell me they cant do my hair because i have extensions. I travel whole US and never had this issue. What a joke! Its probably a blessing in disguise because this hair dresser asked if i wanted my root color to match my other hair….um YEAH!!
