The salon was very accommodating for my last minute, same day appointment request. Thiago gave me the best blowout I’ve ever had! It lasted through the night for my event and was wearable for days after! Amy did an amazing job with my makeup too! And they both couldn’t have been nicer! Thank you! ☺️

XS is a great salon that I’ve been going to for years! They did hair and makeup for my elopement, and as well for my wedding. We had a group of 11 that they did all the hair and makeup for. XS traveled out to Montauk and made the day super easy and fun. All of my bridesmaids loved their hair and wedding. It was a great experience, and their team was great to work with at an affordable price. I high recommend booking them for an ANY EVENT or even just for a normal hair cut and blow dry. Thiago does an amazing job, and I always get a ton of compliments on my hair! 10/10

i liked this location when i was in high school to dye my hair. they relocated to a different place and i went in to get magenta hair which i showed inspo pictures on my phone. long story short due to miscommunication from both ends i left with light pink and orange hair. it was a moment where i felt very emotional and my stylist at the time was annoyed with me because i had worded my concerns in a poor way. at first when the color was done i had magenta roots and light pink ends which i only pointed out how light my ends were. she took that a ran with it and ended up putting in light pink all throughout my hair. when you go in for a service especially for your hair every part of the way should be talked through and i did not receive that. the communication was poor on her end as well and

1/23/21-Waited 2 hours to be seen, while having my highlights done she was also working on 3 others who needed highlights, not sure of what happened but by end of my session I lost 5 inches of some areas of my hair, hair was thin and no where near the color I asked for, not sure if she left color in too long or didn't mix proper coloring or if her staff mixed incorrectly because they were dealing with too many customers at once. I had to go elsewhere to cut my hair because who was coloring my hair did not specialize in cut so let me leave salon with broken hair. I had to cut shoulder length recolor and start over. Also left countless messages by phone and on IG and kept being ignored until they finally had a moment to hear about my complaint and instead of owning made excuses, being my
